Portland, Oregon - In a tragic incident, a 30-year-old man named Deshawn Pledger has been identified as the victim of a homicide during a welfare check in the Hazelwood neighborhood. The Portland police were alerted to the situation on Monday night and promptly responded to the 2400 block of Southeast 106th Avenue.
