MONCKS CORNER, S.C. - The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office has apprehended a 20-year-old man, Isaiah Bennett of North Charleston, on charges of murder in connection with a tragic double shooting that occurred on December 20th. Deputies responded to reports of gunfire at the Summer Creek Mobile Home Park and discovered one victim lying on the road while another was found inside a residence.

Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis expressed his gratitude for the dedication and hard work of the detectives who tirelessly investigated the case throughout the Christmas holidays.
