Fresno, CA - The Fresno County Sheriff's Office has announced that a 14-year-old boy has been taken into custody for allegedly murdering his parents and injuring his 11-year-old sister in Miramonte. The victims have been identified as Lue Yang and Se Vang, a married couple.

According to investigators, the incident took place in the family's home when the teen called 911 to report a break-in and attack on his family. However, evidence discovered by deputies at the scene contradicted the 14-year-old's account. It was determined that he had fabricated the break-in story and was in fact the perpetrator of the violent act.

Upon arriving at the residence, deputies discovered the lifeless bodies of Lue and Se, while their 11-year-old daughter was found with serious injuries. She was immediately rushed into surgery and is expected to survive.

Thankfully, another child, a 7-year-old boy, who was also present in the home during the incident, escaped unhurt and is now safely with other family members.

The 14-year-old suspect is now facing charges of two counts of murder, in relation to his parents' deaths, and one count of attempted murder for the attack on his sister. Law enforcement officials are continuing their investigation into the motive behind the shocking incident.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is expected to provide further updates on the case during a press conference scheduled for Friday. This tragic event has deeply shocked the community of Miramonte and has left neighbors and friends searching for answers as they grapple with the loss of the couple and the injury to their daughter.

As the investigation continues, authorities are calling on anyone with information related to this case to come forward and assist in bringing justice to the victims and their family.

This heartbreaking incident serves as a reminder of the importance of fostering open lines of communication and support within families, as well as the need for community resources that address mental health issues, particularly among young individuals.
