**Yankee Fan Reports Fallen Concrete Incident at Dodger Stadium; Investigation Underway**

The Los Angeles Dodgers are examining an incident after a New York Yankees supporter reported being struck by falling concrete at Dodger Stadium during Friday's game. Ricardo Aquino, a Yankees fan, claimed he was hit by the debris, with The Athletic publishing a photo of him holding the piece of concrete.

In a conversation with Brendan Kuty of The Athletic, which was translated by fellow fan Alvaro Baeza, Aquino mentioned he felt "in some pain" but fortunately, did not suffer any grave injuries. Baeza translated Aquino's words, stating, "He's in some pain, but all it was, was the hit. He's not bleeding, but he's in some pain."

The Dodgers confirmed to Kuty they are aware of the incident and are currently collecting more details. According to the report, the incident occurred in the third inning in a section between home plate and first base. Medical personnel attended to Aquino, and he was approached by stadium security and a police officer.

Jessica Coria, a fan seated in front of Aquino, initially thought someone had thrown an object. However, upon seeing the piece of concrete Aquino held, she realized it fell from the stadium infrastructure. Coria recounted, "I thought someone had thrown something and then I was like, 'We should get security,' and then (Aquino) showed us the rock, and it was clearly from the stadium that fell on him."

Dodger Stadium, which first opened in 1962, is the third-oldest active Major League Baseball stadium, following Fenway Park (1912) and Wrigley Field (1914). Although the stadium has seen numerous upgrades and renovations since 2013, including a substantial renovation of the home clubhouse last offseason, there have been no specific updates regarding visible concrete areas. The situation raises concerns about structural safety, sparking questions about whether more improvements are necessary.

As the Dodgers continue to investigate the incident, fans and officials alike will be keenly watching the outcome to ensure such events do not recur.
