### AJ Styles’ Injury Was Part of Script, WWE's New Look on Netflix, and SmackDown Highlights

WWE's flagship shows continue to evolve, with new updates and developments keeping fans on their toes. As WWE's Raw gears up for its Netflix debut in January, a fresh logo and updated production elements are set to give the show a new look, much like the recent updates for WWE SmackDown and NXT.

One of the hot topics circulating in the WWE universe is the injury status of AJ Styles. Contrary to initial appearances, Styles is not injured. WWE had orchestrated the unusual circumstances surrounding his much-anticipated return to television. During the October 4 episode of SmackDown, Styles' comeback match against Carmelo Hayes was dramatically halted due to a portrayed injury, with Hayes being declared the winner by injury stoppage.

In another highlight from WWE Bad Blood 2024, the intense tag-team title ladder match featured The Bloodline, The Street Profits, and DIY. This main event served as the climactic point of SmackDown's "go-home" episode on Friday night. Reports indicate that WWE executives were highly satisfied with the performers' efforts and the match’s overall execution.

Interestingly, WWE labeled the October 4 SmackDown episode in Nashville as "#Trashville" on their internal run sheet. The creative efforts behind this episode were spearheaded by Chad Barbash, who crafted AJ Styles' opening promo segment, while Sondra Lacey took charge of scripting the opening part of the show.
