He received a pacemaker to assist his condition. Additionally, in April 2021, Sid was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which was reportedly linked to the use of roundup weed killer.
Despite his health battles, Sid continued to live life to the fullest, attending the gym, boxing classes, and making appearances for his fans. He also embraced his role as a grandfather, attending t-ball games for his adored grandkids. Sid's resilience and determination were unmatched, leaving behind a legacy of strength.
