### White Sox Chairman Reinsdorf Addresses Fans After Historic Loss

Now, finding a permanent manager is the organization's top priority, with general manager Chris Getz leading an extensive search for a candidate embodying the desired leadership qualities.

Reinsdorf highlighted the procedural changes led by Getz, covering player development, scouting, and market evaluations, all aimed at competition readiness. Despite recent struggles, Reinsdorf pointed to the team's promising prospect rankings and successes at the minor league level, like the Double-A Birmingham Barons' championship and the Low-A Kannapolis reaching their league finals.
