Surveillance video captured him in Montgomery County around 3:30 p.m. that same day. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office stated that Roop's behavior on Friday appeared inconsistent with his usual patterns, but there is no immediate indication that he is in danger. They are seeking to contact him to ensure his well-being.
