USWNT Announces Starting Lineup for Semifinals Clash against Japan at SheBelieves Cup

In preparation for the highly anticipated semifinals matchup against Japan at the 2024 SheBelieves Cup, the US Women's National Team (USWNT) has revealed their starting lineup. The game is scheduled to take place on April 6, 2024, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
The game will be broadcasted on TNT, truTV, Telemundo, Universo, Max, and Peacock, with an official kickoff time set at 12:37 p.m. ET.
Head coach Vlatko Andonovski has assembled a formidable Starting XI, featuring Alyssa Naeher in goal. With an impressive international career, Naeher has recorded a remarkable 62 shutouts, including nine at the SheBelieves Cup, the most in the competition's history.
Rounding out the lineup, young talents such as Nighswonger, Girma, Shaw, and Rodman will have the opportunity to showcase their skills on the international stage. Shaw, in particular, has been in scintillating form, having scored four goals in 2024 and having scored in each match she has started.
Also returning to the USWNT is Mallory Swanson, who makes her 89th appearance for the team. Swanson, who led the team in scoring with seven goals in a limited number of matches in 2023, is the all-time leading scorer in SheBelieves Cup history with eight goals in 19 games.
