Travis Kelce's representatives have firmly denied any association with a purported public relations strategy surrounding a potential breakup with singer Taylor Swift. The denial comes after the U.K. publication, Daily Mail, published photos from social media allegedly showing a comprehensive media plan that referenced the NFL star's separation from Swift.

In a statement issued to Daily Mail, Full Scope PR, the agency representing Kelce, declared the existence of such a strategy as "entirely false and fabricated." The agency further highlighted that the documents bearing their logo were in fact "unlawful and injurious forgery." The legal team representing Full Scope PR has been engaged to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the creation and dissemination of these fraudulent documents.

The controversy originated from photos that reportedly came from a now-deleted Reddit post, as revealed by Daily Mail. The paperwork displayed a labeled template titled "comprehensive media plan for Travis Kelce's public relations following breakup with Taylor Swift" and set the date of the supposed announcement as September 28.

The template encompassed a statement expressing mutual respect and privacy between Kelce and Swift during their decision to part ways. It emphasized their commitment to personal growth and stated that they would continue to maintain a friendship. However, representatives for both Kelce and Swift have yet to officially comment on the matter.

The relationship between Kelce and Swift became public knowledge in September 2023 when Swift attended one of Kelce's games with the Kansas City Chiefs. Previously, Kelce had praised Swift, describing her as "hilarious" and "a genius." In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Kelce admitted to navigating the unfamiliar territory of dating someone subjected to constant scrutiny and attention.

As of now, it remains unclear who fabricated the alleged PR strategy or their motives behind it. The deletion of the original Reddit post has further exacerbated the mystery surrounding this controversy. Newsweek has reached out to Swift's representatives for comment, but no response has been received at this time.

The unfolding events surrounding the alleged breakup PR strategy have certainly caused a stir within both the entertainment and sports communities. As Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift continue to captivate public interest with their respective careers, fans and followers eagerly await any official statements on the matter.

Update 09/04/2024, 11:24 a.m. ET: It is confirmed that the social media post containing the alleged documentation has been removed, adding more intrigue to the unfolding story. The headline has been updated to reflect this development.
