Wooden Robot Brewery, a popular establishment in Charlotte, has been closed following a tragic accident that resulted in the death of one of its founders and co-owners, Dan. The incident, which was confirmed by MEDIC to be a fall at the South End location, has left the community in shock. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is currently conducting an investigation at the brewery, with CMPD crime scene investigators present on the site.

In light of this tragedy, Wooden Robot Brewery has closed both its South End and NoDa locations on Tuesday. The Occupational Safety and Health Division has also been notified of the accident and has assigned a compliance officer to investigate the report.
