In a heartfelt moment during her Eras Tour stop in Liverpool on Thursday, Taylor Swift shared her thoughts on the approaching end of her massive worldwide tour. The show marked the 100th date of the tour, prompting Swift to acknowledge this milestone and openly discuss the tour's inevitable conclusion in December.

Addressing the ecstatic crowd, Swift expressed her gratitude and reflected on the journey so far. "I think a lot of people are like, well, how are you going to celebrate the 100th show?" she exclaimed. "And for me, the celebration of the 100th show means this is the very first time I've ever acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is gonna end in December. Like, that's it."

Swift went on to share her amazement at the passage of time. "That feels like so far away from now. But then again, it feels like I just did my first show on this tour because you guys have made this so much fun for us that we wanted to do 100 shows, 150-something shows," she revealed.

The 14-time Grammy winner expressed the immense impact the tour has had on her life, stating, "It has become my entire life. I don't remember my hobbies anymore because all I do when I'm not on stage is just like sit at home and try to think of some clever acoustic song mashups and thinking about what you might like to hear."

Taking a moment to appreciate the dedicated fans, Swift thanked them for their unwavering support throughout the tour's journey. She further expressed her desire to make the 100th show a special moment of celebration and connection with her audience.

Following her heartfelt speech, Swift performed her fan-favorite song, "All Too Well (10 Minute Version)," asking the crowd if they had 10 minutes to spare, a customary request at her shows.

Having performed in various cities across five continents, the Eras Tour began on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona. By the time it concludes in Vancouver, Canada, on December 8 of this year, it will have encompassed an impressive total of 152 shows. Swift's comments on Thursday marked the first public confirmation of the tour's culmination, after she continued to add dates throughout the past year.

With two more dates in Liverpool before moving on to Cardiff and London, Swift's Eras Tour has left an indelible mark on her career. Fans can anticipate the release of the full Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film, which will include four surprise bonus songs.

As the tour progresses towards its highly-anticipated conclusion, Taylor Swift's reflection on its impending end serves as a poignant reminder of the incredible journey she and her dedicated fans have shared.
