Taylor Swift's devoted fan base, also known as "Swifties," once again made headlines as they caused another earthquake in the U.K. The seismic activity, detected by the British Geological Survey (BGS), occurred around 4 miles from the singer's sold-out shows in Edinburgh, Scotland this past weekend.

According to the BGS, their monitoring stations around Edinburgh picked up a "similar seismographic pattern" during Taylor's performances of popular songs such as "Ready For It?", "Cruel Summer," and "champagne problems" at Murrayfield Stadium. The government agency also noted that Friday evening saw the most enthusiastic dancing from the fans.

The frigid weather over the concert weekend may have contributed to a decrease in dancing, with even Taylor herself seen struggling with the cold and fighting off an unfortunate amount of snot. Nonetheless, Swifties are renowned for bringing unparalleled energy to Taylor's shows.

This is not the first time Taylor Swift fans have caused such seismic activity. In July, a "Swift Quake" with a magnitude of 2.3 was recorded during the singer's performance in Seattle. A similar incident occurred the following month, with tremors detected following Taylor's six sold-out shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

Taylor Swift, known for her chart-topping hits and elaborate stage productions, confirmed on Thursday that she will be wrapping up her "Eras" tour in December. Fans can expect her final shows to be nothing short of spectacular.

It's clear that Taylor Swift's music has the power to physically move her fans, creating a unique connection between the artist and her devoted audience. As her tour winds down, these seismic occurrences serve as a testament to both Swift's talent and the unwavering loyalty of her fans.

As Taylor continues to captivate audiences around the world, one can only wonder if there will be more seismic occurrences at her future performances. For now, Swifties eagerly await the remaining shows of her "Eras" tour, ready to show their unwavering support and enthusiasm for their beloved pop superstar.
