The company is confident that it will finalize its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, within the discretionary period permitted by Nasdaq.

According to Nasdaq's regulations, Supermicro’s securities will continue to be listed while Nasdaq reviews the compliance plan. This period of review will determine if Supermicro meets the required standards for continued listing.
