**Leaked Details Hint at Powerful Upgrades for Sony PlayStation 5 Pro**

Recent leaks have provided a detailed glimpse into the upcoming Sony PlayStation 5 Pro, although official specifications have yet to be confirmed by the company. An allegedly authentic spec sheet, originally in Portuguese, has surfaced online, revealing significant enhancements for the new console.

The PlayStation 5 Pro is set to feature an 8-core/16-thread Zen 2 CPU from AMD. Alongside this, it will include an unnamed RDNA GPU boasting 16.7 TFLOPS. The absence of a specific generation label for the GPU suggests it may incorporate elements of RDNA 4, which has not been officially unveiled yet. This marks a notable improvement over the base PlayStation 5's 10 TFLOPS GPU, indicating a substantial increase in potential performance.

The new console will come equipped with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory dedicated to graphics and an additional 2 GB of DDR5 memory for other processes. Power consumption is expected to peak at 390 Watts under full load, which is relatively modest compared to high-end gaming PCs. Additional features include Wi-Fi 7 support, two USB-A ports, two USB-C ports (one rated at 10 Gbps), and a 2 TB SSD with an extra M.2 slot for expanded storage.

While the PlayStation 5 Pro's hardware represents an upgrade, some may view the choice of an older Zen 2 CPU as underwhelming. However, the new RDNA 4 GPU could offset potential CPU limitations. Speculations suggest the console will deliver a steady 4K 60 FPS experience without sacrificing visual quality and may even support 1440p at 120 FPS. The role of PSSR technology will be crucial in achieving these performance benchmarks.

These leaks paint an exciting picture of what to expect from the PlayStation 5 Pro, offering promising advancements for gamers eagerly awaiting its release.
