In an exciting development, the Samsung Galaxy Ring has made its way through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), unveiling a range of specifications about the highly anticipated smart ring. The FCC filing has brought to light nine different models of the Galaxy Ring, accompanied by pictures, battery capacities, and details of the charging cradle.

The FCC document, listed under the code A3LSMQ503, designates the model number SM-Q503 as the "basic model" and the smallest size for the Galaxy Ring. Interestingly, this same model number applies to all other sizes as well. Samsung has previously confirmed that there will be a total of nine sizes available, and the FCC filing reinforces this information.

Accompanying the model numbers in the filing are images showing each size of the nine different versions of the Galaxy Ring. This level of transparency is unusual, as such visuals are normally kept under wraps until after a device's official launch. Nonetheless, it remains unclear whether this unveiling was intentional or accidental.

Notably, the FCC filing also provides insight into the battery capacities of the Galaxy Ring. The smallest size boasts a 17mAh battery, while the mid-range version sports an 18.5mAh battery. The largest Galaxy Ring will house a powerful 22.5mAh battery. Additionally, the documents confirm that the Galaxy Ring will only support connectivity through Bluetooth LE, which is in line with industry expectations.

While further details are yet to emerge, the FCC filing has shed light on the charging cradle for the Galaxy Ring. The bottom of the cradle will feature the FCC label, along with its appearance in the user manual. It seems that Samsung has allocated separate model numbers for each ring's charging cradle, although it remains unclear if the sizes of the cradles will vary.

Enthusiasts eagerly await further information on the Samsung Galaxy Ring, which promises to overcome the bulkiness and fashion constraints associated with smartwatches. With its wearable form factor and customizable sizes, the Galaxy Ring holds immense potential in the market.

As Samsung continues to unveil more details about the Galaxy Ring, tech enthusiasts look forward to experiencing the blend of fashion and technology that this innovative smart ring promises to offer.
