### Rocket Lab Announces Third Quarter Financial Results and Future Outlook

In a significant update for investors, Rocket Lab is set to hold a conference call today at 2 p.m. PT (5 p.m. ET) to discuss its third-quarter financial results and business highlights. This meeting aims to provide detailed insights into the company's performance and share its outlook for the fourth quarter, along with other updates.

Founded in 2006, Rocket Lab has established itself as a key player in the space industry, renowned for delivering reliable launch services, manufacturing high-quality satellites, and providing comprehensive on-orbit management solutions. The company is the brainchild behind the Electron small orbital launch vehicle and is currently developing the Neutron launch vehicle, designed for constellation deployment.

Since its inaugural orbital launch in January 2018, Rocket Lab's Electron rocket has ascended to become the second most frequently launched rocket yearly. It has successfully delivered 198 satellites into orbit, serving various sectors including national security, scientific research, space debris mitigation, Earth observation, climate monitoring, and communications.

Rocket Lab’s spacecraft platforms have been entrusted with critical missions, including supporting NASA’s endeavors to the Moon and Mars and facilitating the first private commercial mission to Venus. The company operates from three launch pads across two strategic locations, which highlights its robust operational capacity.

The company's forward-looking statements provide valuable insights but also come with caveats. These projections, governed by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, are not promises but serve as estimates that may be influenced by numerous risks and uncertainties. Factors affecting these projections are detailed in Rocket Lab's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, accessible via the SEC website and Rocket Lab’s Investor Relations webpage.

Rocket Lab also incorporates non-GAAP financial measures in its reporting, aiming to offer a clearer picture of its ongoing business performance. Terms like EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA are used to exclude certain items that may not reflect the ongoing operations, thereby providing additional insight to investors.

For those interested in a deeper dive into Rocket Lab’s financial performance, a live webcast and replay will be available on Rocket Lab's Investor Relations website following today's conference call.
