Flair's initial claims of being asked to leave the restaurant after a dispute with a kitchen manager over using a restroom sparked a chain of conflicting accounts. The manager of a sister Piesanos establishment alleged that Flair was "drunk and disorderly" and even accused him of swinging furniture around. On the other hand, the co-owner of the Gainesville Piesanos asserted that the video evidence supported his staff's actions, refusing to provide further details or release the video.

However, contrary to their previous statements, the video of the incident has now been made available on TikTok. In the footage, Flair can be seen admonishing members of the Piesanos staff, vehemently denying any wrongdoing.
