The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has confirmed that Jones succumbed to pancreatic cancer, with no other conditions contributing to his death, according to information revealed by TMZ through Jones' death certificate.

Jones' publicist, Arnold Robinson, had previously announced that the celebrated figure died on Sunday, Nov. 3, at his home in Bel-Air.
