Our analysis focuses on cash games, single-entry, three-max, and high-dollar GPPs. For those diving into max-entry GPPs, the suggested players help build a competitive player pool. Notable pace and passing stats are derived from neutral game situations (+/-8 points).

The "Sunday AM Update" serves as an essential resource for DraftKings' main slate, including detailed game-by-game breakdowns, key injuries, advanced stats, trends, and anticipated pace and playcalling. I also present "optimal lineups" for DraftKings, providing 7-of-9 player recommendations, compliant with DraftKings regulations. These lineups cater to both GPPs and Cash Games.

For dedicated players, I share my "core" player pool, usually consisting of 16-20 players for three-max and other multi-entry GPPs.

Examining recent statistics, Carolina's offense ranks low on explosive pass rates allowed, placing 24th overall, and permitting the 13th-most fantasy points to wide receivers on minimal attempts. Caleb Williams struggles under pressure, completing only 14 of 36 tries for 3.8 yards per attempt, contrasting sharply with his 73-for-105 record when clean, yielding 6.2 yards per attempt. Only Jalen Hurts and Will Levis have lower PFF pressure grades.

The Panthers, with the league’s lowest defensive pressure rate, face a challenge against Chicago's formidable fourth-highest pressure rate. Although Carolina has a top-five pass-blocking grade, their offensive output drops significantly with Bryce Young, averaging just 6.5 points per game compared to games started by Andy Dalton, where they scored 36 and 24 points.

On the defensive side, Chicago shines with the highest interception rate per game in 2023 and maintains a strong fourth-place ranking this season. Notably, D.J. Moore saw a significant increase in his target depth in Week 4, soaring from an 8-yard to a 15-yard average. Concurrently, Keenan Allen's return reduced Rome Odunze's route participation from 82% to 66%.

Carolina has a high first-half run rate of 53%, but defensive lapses force them into a 63% pass rate in the second half. Despite the offensive line struggles, Chuba Hubbard has excelled, averaging 5.75 yards per carry over his last three games, with two 100-yard performances under Dalton.

Chicago is a defensive behemoth, ranking fifth in overall EPA allowed, third against the pass, and 16th against the run. They allow the fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks and the eighth-fewest to wide receivers, but rank 11th in points allowed to running backs, attributed to five rushing touchdowns.

In the backfield, D'Andre Swift's route participation has increased from 43% to 58% over the first three games. Leading with seven targets, he secured 7 receptions for 72 yards. Carolina's defense notoriously allowed running backs to complete 18 of 19 targets.
