The offer is available until March 16, 2024, allowing users around a month to take advantage of the compensation.

OnePlus is encouraging customers who bought the affected variant to contact Customer Service to discuss the situation and arrange for a refund. Despite the false advertising issue, the 256GB storage variant of the OnePlus 12R still offers great value, with 16GB of RAM and Qualcomm's previous-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset included in the package.
