### AST SpaceMobile Secures Launch Agreements for Pioneering Space-Based Cellular Network

**MIDLAND, Texas** – AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS) has announced critical launch service agreements that will support its mission to provide continuous space-based cellular broadband coverage. The ambitious launch campaign, scheduled for 2025 and 2026, will deploy up to 60 Block 2 satellites from Cape Canaveral Florida Space Force Station using a combination of existing launch vehicles and Blue Origin’s New Glenn rocket.

The company’s President, Scott Wisniewski, confirmed that these agreements solidify AST SpaceMobile’s capacity to maintain continuous broadband service globally. With the planned launches, the company aims to serve key markets including the United States, Europe, Japan, and strategic government sectors. The global coverage, powered by Block 2 BlueBird satellites, seeks to enhance connectivity for hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

AST SpaceMobile's next-generation Block 2 BlueBird satellites are set to deliver a significant boost in bandwidth capacity, up to tenfold compared to current deployed satellites. Once launched, these satellites will feature expansive communication arrays reaching 2,400 square feet, making them the largest commercial communications hardware ever placed in low Earth orbit. This advanced technology will facilitate 24/7 broadband connectivity, with data transmission speeds expected to hit peak rates of 120 Mbps.

To meet its objectives, AST SpaceMobile has received substantial strategic investments from industry giants such as AT&T, Verizon, Google, and Vodafone. The company also holds agreements with more than 45 mobile network operators worldwide, collectively serving over 2.8 billion subscribers. This roster includes notable partners like Rakuten Mobile, Bell Canada, Orange, Telefonica, and the Saudi Telecom Company.

In addition to private sector partnerships, AST SpaceMobile has secured new contracts with the U.S. Government, both directly and through primary contractors. The confidence from these investments underpins the company's capacity to bridge connectivity gaps globally, fulfilling the needs of commercial and governmental communication infrastructures.

The meticulously planned deployment of the Block 2 BlueBird satellites represents a transformative leap towards eliminating dead zones in mobile connectivity. By integrating seamlessly with existing mobile devices, AST SpaceMobile is set to revolutionize the way the world connects, ensuring that no region remains out of touch with the digital age.
