**Model Charged with Murder in Bronx Stabbing Incident**
A well-known New York model, recognized for appearances on red carpets and in major ad campaigns for brands like Calvin Klein and Levi's, is currently detained, accused of fatally stabbing a man in a Bronx apartment last week. The suspect, Dynus Saxon, 20, appeared in Bronx Criminal Court on Friday, facing charges that include second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon, stemming from the November 10th killing of 35-year-old Kadeem Grant.
Saxon, photographed in court with a heavily bandaged right hand, was reportedly bleeding from a severe cut when officers arrived at the scene in response to a 911 call. The New York Daily News has reported that Grant was attacked while sleeping on a couch at the apartment of another man. Though police have not disclosed a specific motive for the assault, investigators suspect the incident may have been triggered by a complex love triangle, with at least two of the men involved in a sexual relationship. It's also considered possible that Saxon acted without a clear motive, according to the Daily News.
The incident marks a dramatic fall from grace for Saxon, who had previously graced red carpets at high-profile events such as the premieres of "Deadpool & Wolverine" and "The Batman."
Christopher Grant, Kadeem Grant’s father, traveled from Florida to New York to deal with the aftermath of the tragedy. He shared his sorrow with the Daily News, explaining that his son leaves behind a three-year-old daughter. “He was just a loving kid who was there for his family and his daughter," said Christopher Grant. "It's just sad that she has to grow up without a father."
