**Mike Tyson Discusses Health Struggles Following Intense Bout with Jake Paul**

Mike Tyson has recently revealed more details about the severe health issues that led to a delay in his highly-anticipated fight against Jake Paul. On his official X account, Tyson disclosed, "I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won."

Originally slated for July 20, the match had to be postponed until November after Tyson experienced a serious ulcer flare-up in late May. The former world heavyweight champion expressed his gratitude and satisfaction over stepping back into the ring despite the odds. "To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you," Tyson shared.

The match concluded with Jake Paul, 27, securing a unanimous decision victory over the 58-year-old Tyson. The event drew significant attention not only because of the marquee Tyson-Paul fight but also due to a highly-anticipated rematch. The main card featured undisputed super lightweight champion Katie Taylor against unified featherweight champion Amanda "The Real Deal" Serrano. In a controversial unanimous decision, Taylor triumphed over Serrano, repeating her success from their previous split decision bout.

Other notable fights from the event included a bout between Mario Barrios and Abel Ramos for the WBC welterweight world title, which ended in a split draw, and Neeraj Goyat's victory over Whindersson Nunes via unanimous decision.
