### Raiders Announce Shuffling of Offensive Coaching Staff
The Las Vegas Raiders have announced significant changes to their offensive coaching staff during their bye week. Head coach Antonio Pierce has relieved offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello, and offensive line coach James Cregg of their duties, initiating a major revamp.
Stepping into the role of interim offensive coordinator is Scott Turner, who was previously in charge of the club’s passing game. Turner joined the Raiders in 2023 under former head coach Josh McDaniels. Assuming the responsibilities of the offensive line is Joe Philbin, now named the interim offensive line coach. Philbin initially joined the team when Pierce was permanently appointed head coach in February.
Moreover, the Raiders have brought in Norv Turner as a senior advisor. Turner, who last served as the offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers under coach Ron Rivera in 2019, is also the father of Scott Turner. Norv Turner has past experience with the Raiders, having been the head coach from 2004 to 2005, although his tenure produced a 9-23 record.
Following their Week 10 bye, the Raiders are set to take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 11, marking the first test for the newly restructured offensive staff.
