In a recent exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Lara Trump, daughter-in-law of former President Trump and candidate for Republican National Committee (RNC) co-chair, expressed strong criticism towards presidential candidate Nikki Haley for her decision to remain in the race despite trailing significantly in the polls.

During a campaign stop in North Charleston, South Carolina, Lara Trump voiced her disbelief at Haley's determination, stating that donors were the ones "obviously keeping her campaign alive." She questioned the rationale behind Haley's persistence and suggested that continuing the race could potentially hinder the Republican Party's chances in the upcoming November election against Joe Biden.

The criticism from Lara Trump comes shortly after Haley's remarks towards Trump's call for all RNC funds to support former President Trump's reelection, to which she responded by saying, "We don't anoint kings in America."

With the most recent Suffolk University/USA Today survey showing Trump with a commanding 63% support compared to Haley's 35% in South Carolina, Lara Trump emphasized that Haley's chances of securing the Republican nomination seem bleak. She called on Haley to suspend her campaign and join forces with Team Trump to focus on defeating Joe Biden in the general election.

Fox News Digital has reached out to Haley's campaign for comment on the matter, but as of now, there has been no response from Haley's side. Lara Trump also dismissed concerns about former President Trump facing a prolonged primary battle with Haley, expressing confidence that he would ultimately prevail.
