Kentucky Woman Finds Joy in Recovery After Losing Limbs to Rare Infection

Mullins, who hails from Pulaski County but now resides with her family in Lincoln County, has recently been fitted with prosthetic legs and robotic arms, marking an important step forward in her rehabilitation.
