In a recent episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," host Jimmy Kimmel took the opportunity to mock NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers by sharing his own outlandish conspiracy theory. Kimmel jokingly suggested that Rodgers' entire NFL career has been a sham orchestrated by the "deep state."

Kimmel began his monologue by admitting he's not usually the conspiracy type but felt compelled to share his findings after months of investigation. He claimed that Rodgers' first appearance in an NFL game was last year, just before joining the Jets. According to Kimmel, Rodgers' body double, who supposedly played every game leading up to that point, tragically passed away from COVID-19. Left without a replacement double, the real Rodgers had to step in and fake an injury during the opening game, throwing only one pass.

The comedian concluded his bit by provocatively stating that his parody theory was even more believable than Rodgers' denial of the Sandy Hook tragedy. Kimmel's remarks come in response to a report by CNN accusing the quarterback of being a Sandy Hook denier. Rodgers firmly denied the allegations in a statement shared on social media, expressing his condolences to the victims and their families.

The feud between Kimmel and Rodgers has been simmering for months. It began when Rodgers insinuated that Kimmel's name would be linked to the infamous Jeffrey Epstein associates list. After no such association was revealed, Rodgers argued that his comments on "The Pat McAfee Show" were taken out of context. The tension escalated further when rumors circulated that Rodgers might run as Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s vice presidential candidate in the 2024 election.

Kimmel has consistently targeted Rodgers in several instances since their initial clash in 2021, including a blistering opening monologue back in January. While the nature of their feud remains centered around comedic banter, it seems that the two entertainers are not ready to bury the hatchet just yet.

As the public eagerly awaits any developments in this ongoing rivalry, it remains to be seen how Rodgers will respond to Kimmel's latest satirical jabs.
