**Jake Paul Eyes Championship Within Two Years After Win Over Mike Tyson**

Jake Paul has publicly set his sights on challenging for a championship belt within the next two years. This declaration comes on the heels of his recent bout against former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. The event, held at the Dallas Cowboys' stadium in Arlington, Texas, culminated in Paul securing a lopsided unanimous decision victory.

During the post-fight press conference, Paul expressed his aspirations, highlighting his confidence in his skill set and power. "I think it could happen in the next 24 months," Paul stated. "I truly, truly believe in my skills and my ability and my power. And the cruiserweight division is seemingly open for the taking on that timeline."

Mike Tyson, now 58, did not rule out the possibility of another return to the ring, even after suffering his first sanctioned professional loss since 2005. The former champion last entered the ring for an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. during the pandemic in 2020, which did not involve fans and featured modified rules for safety. Tyson cited his performance in that exhibition as the reason for his continued confidence in his abilities.

Despite the hype surrounding the event, the eight-round match was more akin to a sparring session than a high-stakes prizefight. Tyson, who now holds a record of 50 wins, 7 losses, and 44 knockouts, showed early aggression but did not maintain the intensity, allowing Paul to control much of the bout. Tyson admitted he felt fatigued past the third round but stopped short of calling an end to his storied boxing career.

As Jake Paul continues to rise in the boxing world, questions remain about when he will face a prime contender instead of aging champions or non-boxer opponents. However, his ambition and confidence suggest that more significant challenges may lie ahead.
