Actor Zachery Ty Bryan, known for his role as Brad Taylor on *Home Improvement*, was arrested over the weekend in La Quinta, Calif. The 42-year-old was taken into custody by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office and charged with alleged contempt of court and an alleged felony DUI. Records show that Bryan's bail was set at $50,000 for the felony DUI charge and $15,000 for the misdemeanor contempt of court charge. He was released later on Saturday and is scheduled to appear in court on April 23 at the Indio Larson Justice Center.

This recent arrest adds to a list of legal troubles for Bryan. In October, he pleaded guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree and was sentenced to seven days in jail, a sentence his attorney claimed he had already served. Bryan's previous run-ins with the law include a 2020 arrest for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, for which he pleaded guilty to misdemeanors for menacing and assault.

Despite attempts to reach Bryan's representative for comment, no responses have been received yet. The La Quinta Police Department was closed for Presidents' Day when reached out for a statement. Bryan's problematic legal history seems to persist, with his next court appearance looming in April following his recent arrest.
