**George Russell Takes Commanding Lead in Sao Paulo Grand Prix Amid Chaotic Start**

After an initially aborted start, George Russell skillfully overtook Lando Norris to seize the lead in the Sao Paulo Grand Prix. The damp track conditions failed to deter the competitors as they fiercely contended for positions. The race eventually began after an early hiccup: Lance Stroll spun out on the original formation lap.

Russell, starting from the front row, launched off spectacularly, beating pole-sitter Norris into the first corner. Meanwhile, Yuki Tsunoda impressively held onto third place even after a tight three-way battle with Esteban Ocon and Liam Lawson.

Further down the grid, it was a disastrous beginning for Sergio Perez. The Red Bull driver, starting out of position in P12, spun off track and dropped to the last place as he skidded onto the grass.

Lando Norris, maintaining his position in P2, now faces additional scrutiny as he is under investigation for a starting procedure violation. Norris moved off for a second formation lap despite the aborted start message being displayed.

The Sao Paulo Grand Prix is already shaping up to be a thrilling race at Interlagos, with plenty of drama unfolding right from the start.
