Florida State University (FSU) announced a groundbreaking 10-year multimedia rights partnership with Legends on Wednesday. The agreement, which aims to enhance FSU's multimedia rights and maximize its commercial platforms, positions the university for success in the evolving collegiate landscape.
Legends, a renowned company specializing in revenue generation and premium experiences, will replace Learfield as FSU's strategic partner. The collaboration expands upon the existing relationship between FSU Athletics and Legends, which currently provides support for the renovation of Doak Campbell Stadium and manages hospitality services.
Michael Alford, Vice President and Director of Athletics at Florida State, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, "This partnership between Legends and Florida State Athletics creates a dynamic collaboration between like-minded organizations at a time when the importance of alignment has never been greater. As part of the agreement, Legends will collaborate closely with FSU Athletics to enhance multimedia rights, including broadcasting, licensing, and sponsorship opportunities. Legends has established Florida State Global Partnerships and will build a dedicated staff integrated with the FSU Athletics team to drive success for the multifaceted partnership.
Legends' college business portfolio continues to grow, with Florida State joining prestigious institutions such as the University of Notre Dame, the University of Miami, and Georgia Tech as partners. The company provides comprehensive services ranging from research and project development to premium ticket sales and marketing.

Spain Selects Former Florida State Women's Basketball Players for the Olympics
Lenor Rodriguez, Leticia Romero, and Maria Conde, all former members of the Florida State women's basketball team, have been named among the 12 players selected to represent Spain at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Rodriguez, who will be participating in her third Olympics, will be joined by Romero and Conde, who are competing in their second.
Spain secured their qualification for the Olympics by finishing as runners-up in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in 2024, following their second-place finish at the FIBA EuroBasket 2023. Logan Robinson, a talented freshman in Florida State's men's swimming and diving team, has been selected to represent Team USA at the 2024 Junior Pan Pacific Championships. Robinson secured his spot on the roster after finishing as the top available junior in the men's 200-meter fly at the 2024 U.S. Olympics Trials, where he achieved a personal best time of 1:58.08.
Hailing from Pensacola, Florida, Robinson has already made waves in the swimming world. He was crowned the 2023 FHSAA 3A state champion in both the 100 fly and the 200 free.
