**Title: Fashion Designer Sues Diddy for $10 Million After Alleged Balcony Incident and Abuse**
A startling lawsuit has emerged involving music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs, as fashion designer Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan alleges that he dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony. Bongolan's legal action seeks $10 million in damages, citing not only the near-death experience but also ongoing harassment and molestation claims. Disturbingly, the incident occurred after one of Diddy's infamous 'freak offs' and was only stopped by the intervention of then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, recounts the horrifying night of September 26, 2016. Bongolan claims she and her then-girlfriend were sleeping in Ventura's apartment when a drunken Diddy forcefully awakened them by banging on the door. Before he could break in, Bongolan's girlfriend hid in the bathroom, and Bongolan herself retreated to the balcony. There, Diddy allegedly groped her and lifted her onto the banister, threatening her life with the repeated question, "Do you know what the f**k you did?"
It was Ventura's timely intervention that reportedly saved Bongolan, as she screamed at Diddy to stop. Recognizing the presence of witnesses, Diddy pulled Bongolan back over the balcony, only to violently throw her onto patio furniture. Bongolan's lawsuit claims this traumatic experience was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and abuse from Diddy since they met in 2014.
Bongolan's allegations extend beyond this single event, painting a picture of consistent abuse towards Ventura. She describes seeing Ventura with black eyes and bruises attributed to Diddy, and recounted instances of him angrily banging on their door. In one particularly violent altercation, Diddy purportedly threw a kitchen knife at Ventura, who defended herself by throwing one back.
The lawsuit does not isolate Bongolan's allegations; it aligns with Ventura’s own lawsuit filed last November. Ventura detailed numerous abuses, including being forced to participate in degrading acts and witnessing Diddy lift a woman over a balcony "like a child."
This lawsuit is among many Diddy faces, with roughly 30 individuals accusing him of heinous crimes, including rape and sexual abuse. Texas lawyer Tony Busbee claims he has about 120 people prepared to file suits against the currently incarcerated Diddy, who faces serious charges including sex trafficking.
Despite these widespread accusations, Diddy maintains his innocence. His legal team has strongly denied the allegations from Bongolan, asserting confidence that they will ultimately be proven baseless. Bongolan, however, remains firm in seeking justice and holding Diddy accountable for the trauma she alleges he inflicted.
