### Fantasy Football Week 4 Sleeper Alert: Dalton Schultz Primed for a Breakout Game

As Week 4 approaches in the Fantasy Football realm, there's a buzz surrounding Dalton Schultz, a tight end whose subpar performance so far has left many managers skeptical. Despite his modest stats this season, Schultz could be on the brink of a breakout game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Through three games, Schultz has accumulated seven catches for 48 yards without scoring any touchdowns, compiling no more than 4.6 PPR points in matchups against the Colts, Bears, and Vikings. His lack of production is largely due to Houston Texans’ quarterback C.J. Stroud spreading the ball among multiple targets, including Tank Dell, Nico Collins, and Stefon Diggs.

However, Schultz finds himself in a favorable position this week. Tank Dell is expected to be sidelined due to a rib injury, potentially increasing Schultz's target share. Further, Jacksonville's defense is currently weakened, missing key linebacker Foye Oluokon who is out with a foot injury.

Schultz has proven he can deliver when given opportunities, as evidenced by his 2023 season performance. Last year, with Stefon Diggs not on the Texans’ roster and Dell missing the season's final five games due to a broken leg, Schultz emerged as a significant asset. He had at least six targets in seven games and scored at least 11.1 PPR points in five of those outings.

Adding to his prospects, the Jaguars recently allowed another tight end, Dalton Kincaid, to score 13.1 PPR points in Week 3. Kincaid achieved this with three catches for 41 yards and a touchdown on five targets, a benchmark Schultz aims to replicate or surpass.

With tight end Trey McBride out with a concussion for Week 4, Schultz’s potential for increased involvement makes him a valuable streaming option across all leagues. Fantasy managers looking for a sleeper pick should consider taking advantage of this improved outlook for Schultz against Jacksonville’s banged-up defense.
