### Christina Hall vs. Ex-Husband Josh: Accusations of Theft Amid Bitter Divorce

The ongoing divorce drama between Christina Hall and her ex-husband Josh is escalating. The reality TV star and HGTV personality has taken to social media to air her grievances, accusing Josh of "stealing" from her and her children. Christina made these serious allegations in a series of Instagram story posts.

"Time to go back to reality soon... Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed," Christina wrote, directly addressing Josh to her followers. Additionally, Christina shared that her expansive 23.82-acre property in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee, where Josh has stayed since their July split, is now listed for sale at $4.5 million. The property, known for being featured in Christina's spinoff series "Christina in the Country," boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and amenities including a pool, hot tub, barn, and a fenced area for animals.

In her social media posts, Christina continued to level accusations that Josh was "stealing rental income for two of my sole properties" and claimed she has been responsible for all financial payments. This includes car payments and other expenses, assertions she says everyone is already aware of.

The tensions between the ex-couple were further inflamed by Christina's claim that Josh transferred $35,000 into his personal bank account a day after being informed of the impending divorce. Josh argued the money was to cover their rental property's expenses. Per a legal agreement established in September, Josh is expected to return the money to Christina.

Josh, via a statement obtained by People, has rebutted Christina's claims, emphasizing his desire to resolve the divorce discreetly and legally, rather than through public disputes. "Josh has said repeatedly that he wants to handle the divorce like an adult—in the courts, not in social media and the tabloids. Over and over again, Christina has insisted otherwise, creating public spectacles, but Josh has still stayed quiet," the statement read. He contends that Christina is making "false, libelous claims" and insists he hasn’t "stolen a penny" from her or her family.

Christina and Josh's marriage lasted three years before Josh filed for divorce in July due to irreconcilable differences. The contentious fallout has put a spotlight on their upcoming collaboration on a new HGTV series, "The Flip Off," set to air in 2025. The show will feature Christina, her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa. The network has yet to confirm if Josh will remain part of the project.
