In a recent incident on Saturday evening, Dallas police are reportedly looking to speak with Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice after two luxury cars were involved in a high-speed crash on North Central Expressway. The drivers of the vehicles fled the scene without providing assistance or their information.

According to reports from The Dallas Morning News, the crash occurred at approximately 6:25 p.m. when two speeding drivers lost control of their vehicles, leading to a chain reaction collision involving four other cars. One car involved in the crash was identified as a Lamborghini, which veered onto the shoulder and collided with the expressway's median wall.

Authorities believe that Rice, who is said to be behind the wheel of a Corvette, was one of the individuals involved in the incident. The Dallas police call sheet obtained by the newspaper lists Rice as the possible driver of the Corvette. However, the police have not officially identified any of the individuals involved.

Fortunately, no major injuries were reported, although two people received on-site treatment, and two others were taken to a local hospital. A video shared on social media by Kayla Quinn, who claimed to be in one of the vehicles that was hit, depicted significant damage to the driver's side of her car. Quinn's mother also shared a Facebook post, indicating that Quinn's 4-year-old son was in the vehicle during the crash.

Footage captured by a bystander shows several individuals leaving the scene of the accident. The bystander can be heard asking if they are all right and questioning their decision to leave.

Rice, a Dallas native, was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft and was part of the team's Super Bowl victory earlier this year. During the championship game against the San Francisco 49ers, Rice made an impressive contribution with 39 yards across six completed passes as a rookie receiver.

The NFL has declined to comment on the crash, and the Kansas City Chiefs have not responded to media requests for a statement. Chiefs president Mark Donovan, during an interview with KCMO Talk Radio's "Mundo in the Morning," stated that the team will determine their course of action once all the facts surrounding the incident are gathered. Donovan emphasized the importance of waiting for complete information before making any definitive decisions.

As the investigation continues, Dallas police remain eager to speak with Rice and gather all necessary details to ascertain the events leading up to the crash. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of taking responsibility and providing assistance in the aftermath of an accident.
