**Cowboys Face Defensive Setbacks Ahead of Falcons Game**
The Dallas Cowboys are facing significant challenges on their defense as they prepare for their upcoming game against the Atlanta Falcons. Cornerback Trevon Diggs, a crucial player for the team's defense, has been sidelined from practice both on Wednesday and Thursday due to a calf tear.
During a Friday interview on 105.3 The Fan, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones confirmed Diggs' injury. Although Diggs hasn't been officially ruled out for Sunday’s game, the likelihood of his participation seems slim given the nature of the injury and his absence from practice.
In addition to Diggs, the Cowboys may also have to game plan without cornerback DaRon Bland and defensive end Micah Parsons, both of whom appear set to miss another week. These potential absences would create notable gaps in the Cowboys' defense against the Falcons.
This season, Diggs has been an integral part of the Cowboys' defense, starting every game. He has recorded 28 tackles, one interception, and four passes defensed. The team will need to find ways to compensate for his absence as they aim to maintain their defensive strength.
