### Colts Announce Key Absences for Week 5 Clash Against the Jaguars

The Indianapolis Colts have confirmed that several key players will be unavailable for their Week 5 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Head coach Shane Steichen revealed on Friday that cornerback Kenny Moore II, defensive end Kwity Paye, and running back Jonathan Taylor have all been ruled out for Sunday's game at EverBank Stadium.

Moore and Paye both suffered injuries (hip and quad, respectively) during the Colts’ Week 3 victory over the Chicago Bears and were unable to participate in practice this week. As a result, the Colts will need to adjust their defense accordingly to compensate for their absence on the field.

Running back Jonathan Taylor also missed practice on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Addressing Taylor's situation, Steichen mentioned, "It'll be running back by committee this week," indicating that the team plans to share the workload among multiple players in Taylor’s absence.

Meanwhile, quarterback Anthony Richardson, who has been nursing an oblique injury, has not yet been ruled out for the game. Richardson was limited during practices throughout the week, but Coach Steichen wasn't ready to make a definitive call regarding his availability. "We'll see," Steichen said, leaving the door open for Richardson to potentially play on Sunday.

The Colts are set to release their final practice report for Week 5 later today, which will include official game status designations for all players.
