The announcement comes as thrilling news for Avalanche fans, who eagerly await the team's first game on Wednesday, October 9, against the Vegas Golden Knights on the road.

Following their season opener, the Avalanche will return to their home arena, Ball Arena, for their first home game against the Columbus Blue Jackets just three days later on October 12. The Avs are set to play 26 games against their Central Division opponents, including rivalries against Chicago, Minnesota, Nashville, St. Louis, and Winnipeg.

Excitement mounts as the Avalanche are scheduled to face the Utah Hockey Club for the first time since its relocation during the offseason, with three games against them, one at home and two on the road.
