**Ashton Kutcher Not a Target in Diddy Criminal Probe, Sources Say**
Despite concerns about possible involvement in the criminal case against Sean "Diddy" Combs, Ashton Kutcher is not under federal investigation, TMZ has learned. Sources directly connected to the case have confirmed that Kutcher is in no way a suspect or person of interest in the ongoing probe involving Diddy.
Contrary to reports suggesting otherwise, an insider close to Kutcher stressed, "This narrative has got to stop. Ashton has nothing to do with this. Zero involvement. Zero knowledge of these [Diddy's] activities. Ashton, like everyone else in Hollywood, attended a Diddy party 20 years ago." The same source emphasized that Kutcher has no reason for concern over potential false allegations from Diddy aimed at reducing his own criminal liability.
Kutcher and Diddy have been acquaintances for a few decades, primarily through Hollywood social circles. Kutcher, along with many other celebrities, attended one of Diddy's renowned White Parties years ago. However, recent reports indicate that Kutcher is regretting his past association with Diddy in light of the music mogul's arrest and indictment.
Federal prosecutors recently disclosed plans to potentially charge additional individuals connected to Diddy's alleged crimes, revealed in a major indictment last month. Nonetheless, no further charges have been filed to date.
Meanwhile, attorney Tony Buzbee announced he is representing 120 clients preparing to file civil lawsuits against Diddy and other parties for sexual assault and abuse. Buzbee suggested that some of the other defendants in these upcoming lawsuits will be surprising to the public.
Efforts to obtain comments from the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and Homeland Security Investigations in New York have been unsuccessful. No statement has been provided by Kutcher's representatives either.
