Chelsea Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

On Saturday morning, Massachusetts State Police, alongside local authorities, apprehended a 38-year-old Chelsea man for possession of child pornography. The arrest follows the discovery of thousands of illicit photos and videos on the suspect's phone.

Timothy Brown was taken into custody at his residence on Hawthorne Street and subsequently booked at the State Police-Revere Barracks. He is now being held on $100,000 cash bail. Brown is scheduled to appear for his arraignment at Chelsea District Court during the upcoming week.

This recent arrest closely follows another child pornography case involving a 45-year-old Revere resident named Kenneth Higgins. Investigations have revealed that Higgins and Brown are acquainted with each other.
