According to the statement of probable cause, Sutherland was arrested by police on Friday in St. Paul, Minn. The victim claimed that Sutherland pointed a gun at her and forcefully struck her chest with it, while allegedly shouting threatening remarks. The complaint states that the celebrity chef supposedly exclaimed, "Don't come back here or I am going to shoot you."

In addition to the alleged physical assault, the victim further accused Sutherland of squeezing her neck and threatening her life while doing so. The probable cause document reports that Sutherland said, "I could kill you," during the incident.

Sutherland's attorney, John Daly, has vehemently denied all allegations made against his client, stating that the woman's accusations are "riddled with falsehoods."
