In a shocking incident in Nashville, the president of a private Catholic high school has been arrested after allegedly following women around at bars and making them feel uncomfortable. James Marshall Hyzdu, 45, who is listed as the president of Archbishop Moeller High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, now faces charges of public intoxication, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

According to Metro Nashville police, the incident took place on March 9 when officers responded to a call regarding a disorderly individual at a bar located on Broadway. Security personnel reported that Hyzdu had entered the establishment and began following women, causing them to feel uneasy and annoyed.

In an alarming turn of events, Hyzdu allegedly returned to the bar on multiple occasions, changing his clothing to alter his appearance. Each time, he was escorted out by security. Despite being warned not to re-enter, Hyzdu was detained by security and subsequently arrested.

"The defendant then returned to the location and entered the location approximately six times, even changing his clothing to change appearance, and was escorted out every time he entered," mentioned the police affidavit.

Authorities deemed Hyzdu to be a danger to himself and others, leading to his arrest. Following the arrest, he has been released. Requests for comments from Hyzdu by WSMV4 have been unanswered.

In response to the incident, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and Archbishop Moeller High School have taken swift action. Hyzdu has been placed on administrative leave, effective immediately.
