### Emotional Farewell as Adele Concludes Her Las Vegas Residency

In a heartfelt finale, singer Adele wrapped up her Las Vegas residency, "Weekends with Adele," at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The final show, held on Saturday, attracted a star-studded audience and marked the end of one of the most sought-after performances on The Strip.

Tearing up, Adele addressed the audience, expressing her deep emotions about the show's conclusion. "It's been wonderful and I will miss it terribly, and I will miss you terribly," she said, as captured in videos shared online. She admitted that performing is her forte but is uncertain about her next return to the stage.

One of Adele’s primary reasons for choosing a residency over a worldwide tour was her 11-year-old son, Angelo. She explained that remaining in one place allowed her to maintain a sense of normalcy for him. "I chose to do a residency so I could keep his life normal," she noted, looking forward to spending weekends with him again. She also made a heartfelt declaration to Angelo, saying, "I love you to bits."

Adele extended her gratitude to her partner, Rich Paul, for his unwavering support, acknowledging his role in boosting her confidence. "Thank you for always picking me up and making me feel like I could do whatever I want to do," she expressed warmly.

A particularly emotional highlight for Adele was the attendance of Celine Dion at one of her shows last month. The encounter moved both singers to tears and became a viral sensation. Reflecting on this, Adele shared, "I got closure when Celine Dion came to my show. I cried for a whole week!" The moment was significant as Dion had originally inaugurated the same venue with her own Las Vegas residency more than 20 years ago.

Adele previously mentioned plans for an extended break after the residency, sharing during a special concert series in Munich that she had spent the last seven years building a new life and intended to live it fully.

Beginning in November 2022, "Weekends with Adele" carved a memorable chapter in the singer's career. Wrapping up, Adele expressed mixed emotions: "I am so sad that this residency is over, but I am so glad that it happened. I am bursting, bursting, bursting with pride."
