InTouch Weekly has obtained an excerpt from Rebel Wilson's upcoming memoir, "Rebel Rising," where the actress opens up about her experiences with Adele and their alleged strained relationship. Wilson reveals that her comments about being "plus-size" may have offended Adele, leading to the singer's apparent dislike for her.

According to Wilson, there was a time when both she and Adele had a similar body size, causing confusion among some people. However, Wilson admits that she has never personally asked Adele about her feelings, but believes that Adele's avoidance of her suggests a dislike for being compared to the "Pitch Perfect" actress.

Both Adele and Wilson have undergone significant transformations in recent years. Adele publicly shared in 2021 that she had lost an impressive 100 pounds over a span of two years. Meanwhile, Wilson explained in her memoir that she gained recognition for playing the "fat funny girl" in Hollywood but started being taken more seriously after shedding over 80 pounds in 2020.

The media reached out to representatives of Adele for comment on the claims made by Wilson. As of now, there has been no response from Adele's side.

In addition to the Adele controversy, Wilson's memoir has sparked interest online with revelations about her experiences working with Sacha Baron Cohen on the 2016 comedy "The Brothers Grimsby." Wilson dedicates an entire chapter to the actor, describing him as a "massive a-hole." She alleges that Cohen repeatedly pressured her to do a nude scene, causing her to feel uncomfortable and scared.

Wilson recalls a disturbing incident during the filming in Cape Town, South Africa, where Cohen reportedly asked her to stick her finger up his backside. Shocked and refusing to comply, Wilson slapped Cohen on the ass instead and improvised lines for the scene.

Following these claims, Wilson sought advice from her agent and lawyer, ultimately being encouraged to "be professional and finish the film."

Sacha Baron Cohen's spokesperson vehemently denies the allegations, stating that they are "demonstrably false" and provide evidence to contradict Wilson's account, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness testimonies.

With the release of Wilson's memoir, fans and critics eagerly await further revelations and reactions from both Adele and Cohen regarding the allegations made by the actress. Wilson's memoir is set to hit bookshelves on Tuesday, guaranteeing more shocks and controversies to come.

It remains to be seen how Adele will address the rumors in the wake of Wilson's revelations and whether the two entertainers can work past their alleged discord.
