In an unfortunate turn of events, a 22-year-old man named Riley Strain has been reported missing after being asked to leave Luke Bryan's bar on lower Broadway in Nashville. The incident took place last Friday night, according to Metro Police.
Friends of Strain contacted the authorities after they lost sight of him around 10 p.m. His friends revealed that he was instructed to leave the bar and they were unable to find him afterwards, despite using his Snapchat location. Concerned, they attempted to reach him via phone calls, but their efforts were in vain as the calls went straight to voicemail.
Metro Police conducted thorough checks at local hospitals and jails, but their search for Strain turned out to be unsuccessful. The situation was further complicated when Verizon Wireless, Strain's service provider, was unable to provide a live phone ping due to his phone being turned off. However, they did supply the police with the last known location of his phone, which was last pinged approximately 64 miles southwest of the cell tower located at 19 Oldham Street.
Described as a white male standing 6'05" and weighing around 160 pounds, Strain has distinctive features, including blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and brown button-up shirt with a black chest pocket, blue jeans, brown boots, and a black Apple watch.
With the news of Strain's disappearance, his parents have traveled from Missouri to Nashville to assist in the search efforts.
Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Riley Strain's whereabouts to come forward. As the investigation continues, family, friends, and law enforcement are hopeful for a safe and swift resolution to this disconcerting situation.
