In their ongoing search for a new General Manager, the Las Vegas Raiders are reportedly set to hold a second interview with former Chargers G.M. Tom Telesco. According to Vic Tafur of TheAthletic.com, Telesco arrived in Las Vegas on Monday for a follow-up discussion with the Raiders.

Telesco brings a wealth of experience, having spent 11 years with the Los Angeles Chargers before parting ways with the franchise during the regular season. His dismissal came alongside the firing of head coach Brandon Staley.

The Raiders also made a mid-season change at the G.M. position, with Champ Kelly taking over as interim General Manager. While Kelly was said to have participated in the team's head coaching interviews, it remains uncertain whether the Raiders will opt for a similar transition with him, similar to what they did with interim head coach Antonio Pierce.

The search for a new General Manager has seen the Raiders explore other options as well. An earlier report from TheAthletic.com highlighted Ed Dodds, an assistant G.M. for the Indianapolis Colts, as another top contender for the job.

As the Raiders continue their pursuit of a new General Manager, their aim is to find a skilled and experienced individual who can help steer the team towards success in the upcoming seasons. Telesco's visit to Las Vegas for a second interview suggests that he may be a strong candidate for the position.
