In a crucial Week 10 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Detroit Lions have announced their injury designations. Despite some key reserves potentially missing the game, all of the Lions' starters are expected to be available for the upcoming clash.

One player ruled out for the game is offensive lineman Vaitai. Despite participating in a limited practice on Tuesday, Vaitai was unable to practice for the remainder of the week. With Graham Glasgow solidified as the starting right guard, Vaitai's absence may not have a significant impact on the team.

Defensive lineman Onwuzurike's availability seems uncertain. Although he practiced early in the week, he missed practices on Thursday and Friday, which usually signals a potential absence. However, Onwuzurike has been a healthy scratch in the last two games, raising doubts about his playing time regardless.

On a positive note, offensive lineman Dan Skipper has fully recovered from his rib injury. After a full practice on Friday, Skipper is expected to be available for the game. If needed, the Lions may also choose to elevate another offensive lineman from the practice squad to ensure depth on the game day roster.

Wide receiver Peoples-Jones is dealing with a rib injury he sustained prior to his acquisition by the Lions. Despite the injury, the team has determined it is not severe enough to call off the trade. Peoples-Jones is still in the process of learning the Lions' playbook, which adds another obstacle to his potential participation in the game.

The Lions' starting offensive line, consisting of Ragnow, Glasgow, and Jackson, is finally back at full strength after facing injuries earlier in the season. This bodes well for the team's offensive unit heading into the matchup.

Furthermore, running back Montgomery is cleared to play, joining rookie Jahmyr Gibbs to form a formidable two-headed monster in the Lions backfield.

In terms of special teams, Dorsey has fully recovered from his in-game knee injury and is expected to resume his role on kick returns and contribute on multiple phases of special teams.

With the Lions' starters set to take the field, the team hopes to secure a victory and continue their pursuit of success in the NFL.
