Andrade's WWE Future Revealed: Former Champion Set to Join Raw

Former WWE United States Champion, Andrade, recently made a highly anticipated return to WWE during the 2024 Royal Rumble match. Fans had been speculating about his comeback since he wrapped up his time with AEW at the Worlds End pay-per-view on December 30.

There was much buzz about which brand Andrade would end up on, considering his wife, Charlotte Flair, and former manager, Zelina Vega, are both on SmackDown. However, according to a report by Fightful Select, it appears that Andrade is scheduled to make his presence felt on tonight's (January 29) episode of Raw, indicating that he will be joining the Raw brand moving forward.

Before his return, it was widely known within AEW that Andrade had no intention of returning to the company. Many in both WWE and AEW expected him to surface much earlier, hoping to see WWE snatch away an AEW star who had just performed at a pay-per-view event only two days prior.

Andrade's wife, Charlotte Flair, played a significant role in pushing for his return to WWE. She was present backstage at the Royal Rumble event, showing her support for Andrade while sporting a knee brace.

It remains to be seen how Andrade will be utilized in his upcoming stint on Raw. Fans and wrestling enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting his first appearance to see what exciting storylines and matchups are in store for the talented former champion.
