New York-based studio A24 has made a major acquisition, securing the rights to produce a biopic on Elon Musk, the world's richest person. The news comes from a source familiar with the matter, who revealed that esteemed filmmaker Darren Aronofsky will be directing the film.

A24, known for its critically acclaimed films, has collaborated with Aronofsky in the past, most notably on the award-winning movie "The Whale," starring Brendan Fraser. The studio's exceptional track record saw them garner 18 Academy Award nominations across six films this year, second only to entertainment giant Walt Disney.
